Is it legal to purchase Cuban cigars?

Yes. The original embargo on Cuban products has been revised by the US Dept of Justice to allow importation of small quantities when returning from a licensed trip to Cuba. This revision was extended to the public who are now allowed to import up to 2 boxes for personal use. There is no formal regulations that outlines teh ability for US residents to import Cuban Cigars. There have been thousands of customers importing Cuban Cigars for personal use in the US and there is no history of anyone being prosecuted. Also, it has become a common practice among celebrities, military personnel, politicians and even law enforcement.

How are the cigars shipped?

Your order will be shipped by Canadapost with a tracking number. Orders take 2-3 days to process and 5-7 business days to arrive.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, even to the USA.

How do I guarantee authenticity?

We only purchase from Habanos S.A in unopened boxes.

How many cigars can I order?

You can order a maximum of two boxes. If you wish to purchase more, place another order and we will ship it separately free of charge.

How should I store my cigars?

Cigars should always be kept In a humidor to maintain the moisture necessary so that they do not dry out. If you have questions regarding humidors, we will be glad to assist you in selecting one.

What if I am not happy with the cigars?

We offer a money back guarantee so if you are not happy with your purchase, return them and we will refund your payment less shipping costs.

I don't have a credit card, can I still purchase?

We do accept international money orders as payment. Select money order as your form of payment when ordering and follow the instructions.

Will there be duties to be paid?

Because we only ship orders of 2 boxes or less, there will be no duties charged. If you purchase more, we will ship your order separately at no extra charge.

What currency are your prices?

All prices on the site are in US dollars.

I keep getting error messages when I try to order online with my credit card.

Error messages occur when there is an address mismatch, an error in inputing the account information and if the card is decined.

Check that the account number was entered correctly, the billing address matches the one registered with the credit card and that your account is not over-limit.

How are your packages shipped?

Your order will be shipped in an unmarked package through Canadapost Expresspost. You will also be provided a tracking number for your order.
